摘要
A fluidized bed reaction system with magnetic field assisted control was used in toluene, biomasstar modeling compound, and catalytic reforming process. In order to form a magnetic stabilized bed, a two-step method was used to synthesize a magnetic Co-Fe/Al 2 O 3 catalyst. The chemical and structural properties of catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD),and N 2 adsorption/desorption method. The cold experiment of the catalyst was carried out to determine the operation interval of the magnetic stabilized bed, and then the catalytic activity and stability were tested in fixed bed, fluidized bed and magnetic stabilized bed respectively under same catalyst and operating condition. Finally, the catalyst was characterized by SEM and thermogravimetry(TG) to discuss the surface carbon deposition. Results show that under condition of 650℃, carrier gas flow rate of 320 mL/min, the molar ratio of water vapor to carbon of 1.4,the catalytic efficiency of magnetic stabilized bed is 96.4%, higher than 82.6% of fixed bed and 86.6% of fluidized bed. Meanwhile, the magnetic stabilized bed and fluidized bed have slightly carbon deposition, while the carbon deposition of catalyst in fixed bed is more serious with obvious sintering. © 2018, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
