摘要
An experimental study on equilibrium waterfilm concentration in static flash evaporation of aqueous NaCl solution was present. Experiments were carried out with initial waterfilm concentration varied from 0 to 0.26 (saturated), initial waterfilm height from 0.1 to 0.4 m, and superheat from 2 to 43 K. Results indicated that both evaporation and steam-carrying led to the change of equilibrium waterfilm concentration. Equilibrium waterfilm concentration gradually increased with increasing superheats. Meanwhile, the equilibrium waterfilm concentration also gradually increased with increasing initial waterfilm height and initial waterfilm concentration when the superheats kept constant. At last, concentrated ratio increased with the increase of superheats. Concentrated ratio first increased and then decreased with the increase of initial waterfilm concentration.
