摘要
Hydrogen blended transportation of natural gas pipeline is currently one of the effective means to realize long-distance transportation and large-scale utilization of hydrogen, as well as an important pathway for the natural gas industry to advance towards the goal of "carbon neutrality". Due to the significant differences between hydrogen and other constant components in natural gas, however, the addition of hydrogen into natural gas pipeline can influence the physical parameters of natural gas and the applicability of analysis & measurement standards and equipment. Taking three typical types of natural gas as examples, the variation trend of physical parameters of natural gas with hydrogen concentration was studied together with the influence of the addition of hydrogen into natural gas pipeline on natural gas analysis and measurement and related equipment. When the hydrogen concentration reacheD 40%, the gross calorific value, relative density, Wobbe index, viscosity and volumetric energy density of different natural gases (10 MPa, 20 ℃) decreaseD by about 27%, 35%, 10%, 20% and 40% respectively, and the compression factor and sound velocity (10 MPa, 20℃) increaseD by about 18% and 34%, respectively. The indexes specified in the current standards of natural gas products restrict the hydrogen concentration range of natural gas, and the hydrogen concentration applicable to existing natural gas analysis and measurement standards and equipment is lower, which is not conducive to the accurate analysis and measurement of hydrogen blended natural gas. It is suggested to determine the technically and economically reasonable hydrogen concentration based on all parameters comprehensively, revise the Natural Gas (GB 17820-2018) and the Quality Requirements For Gases Entering Long-Distance Gas Pipeline (GB/T 37124-2018), carry out experimental and optimization researches to expand the applicable scope of analysis and measurement methods, standards and equipment, and rationally select calculation standards for physical parameters of natural gas. In conclusion, the analysis on the influence of the addition of hydrogen into natural gas pipeline on natural gas analysis and measurement is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of hydrogen blended natural gas industry and plays an important role in accelerating the realization of "carbon neutrality".
