Sensor array inspection system based on inductive field

摘要：
A kind of sensor array inspection system based on inductive field is presented in this paper. Aiming at this system, the implementing strategy, the control course and the signal collection as well as the data process software are researched. The parameter setup principle, as well as the inspection examples of some parts, is given.
