摘要
For a shift from medical service in hospital to community-based medical service, the development of an upstream policy of functionally differentiating hospital beds should be carried out with the downstream policy of developing a system for accepting discharged patients. This study, therefore, will determine the number of medical beds and the capacity of long-term care facilities in 2020 in each secondary medical service area in Japan, and compare them by converting them into indexes for 100,000 people. The relative regional characteristics were clarified. In addition, the level of development was evaluated by comparing with the 2025 target value. © 2024 Architectural Institute of Japan.
