摘要
Measure principle of U type transit-time ultrasonic flowmeter is introduced, flux formula and flow rate correction factor are calculated. Flow rate distribution laws on different occasions (laminar flow, turbulent flow and elbow flow) are derivate by theory formula. At last, flow characteristic is simulated based on Fluent software, distributing laws of flow velocity and pressure are studied. Along the ultrasound propagation path, affects on the measurement accuracy of pipe structure (reflection column size, distance between two reflection columns, reflection column shape and pipe diameter) are discussed. The simulation results are consistent with the practice, and they are helpful for flowmeter structure optimization.
