摘要
This paper proposes an active distribution network planning-operation co-optimization model. In terms of investment planning, replacing and adding circuits, building up DG or ESS are included; in terms of operation, economic dispatch of DG and ESS in typical days is calculated. Moreover, the revenue condition of regional energy supplier investing DG and ESS is considered. The DG is dispatchable small gas turbines, and their generation costs are analyzed with piecewise linearization. The numerical results demonstrate the validity of the co-optimization model as well as the benefits on reducing ADN's investment and operation cost and increasing the utilization hours of DG. ©, 2015, Power System Technology Press.
