摘要
On the basis of fuzzy matter-element theory and entropy objective iteration algorithm a comprehensive evaluation method of reservoir dispatch for beneficial purpose is established. By using this method not only the without preference weight of the evaluated object can be directly determined, but also the best scheme can be found according to the amount of approach degree of every possible scheme. Since the characteristics of reservoir dispatch for beneficial purpose and the objective intention of decision-maker as well as the natural property of alternative are implied in the process of evaluation, the effects of artificial preference on weight of evaluation object and determination of the best scheme can be effectively avoided. The proposed method is applied to evaluate the 11 dispatch schemes for beneficial purpose of the Xuanzhu Reservoir, Zhejiang Province. It is found that the best scheme determined by the proposed method is the same as the scheme selected by fuzzy pattern-recognition crossover iteration model and much better than the current used dispatch scheme.
