In this paper, we discuss the application of system simulation in the field of the manned space flight in its various developing stages and introduce the application of system simulation to the evaluation of astronaut's ability, research of Space Motion Sickness (SMS), simulator for training and research, etc. Some valuable discussions and new thoughts about the application of system simulation to the plan demonstration, the importance of the integrated and/or intelligent simulation, and the extension of simulation application are given.
