The companies within the Xetma Group (Xetma Gematex, Germany, and Xetma Vollenweider, Switzerland) are continuously aiming to optimise existing technologies and develop new ones in the field of the mechanical raising of textile fabrics. Some of the company's latest achievements in the areas of suede finishing, brush-sueding, combined raising and emerizing, and the shearing of floats are described.
