摘要
In order to accommodate more wind power by dispatching electric vehicle(EV) charging and discharging, we put forward a unit commitment strategy considering cooperated dispatch of EVs based on scheduling capacity and wind power generation. According to the scheduling ability, the load of EV is divided into disordered charging load, adjustable charging load, and adjustable charge-discharge load. By using the vehicle driving behavior model to simulate the travel rule of EV, the model of the EV condition matrix and the electric vehicle's controllable charge-and-discharge capacity can be set up. The EV charge-discharge load is used as a variable in the unit commitment. A unit commitment model is proposed for optimal coordination of wind power generation and charging load of EV. From the aspect of economic benefit, we analyze the unit cost, wind curtailment, the operator benefit, user charge cost in different combination of EVs when the EVs charge and discharge adopt the time-of-use prices. Cases study shows that,by the proposed UC model, the wind abandonment can be decreased as well as the cost of Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G). © 2018, High Voltage Engineering Editorial Department of CEPRI.
