摘要
Based on the hundreds kJ Marx generator, an experimental project is designed to study generator's building time and jitter. The relations between Marx generator's building time and jitter, the typical row's building time and jitter, and the relations of switch operation voltage coefficient are studied. The experimental results are as follows: The generator's first row's building time ratios the generator's building time up to 60%. The first two rows building time ratios generator's building time up to 73%. Marx generator's building time jitter is mainly the first row's jitter. The first row's building time jitter is mainly from the breakdown delay time jitter of four parallel gas spark switches. Finally, according to the results of experiment, main influencing factors are according to, and some measures are put forward to reduce the generator's jitter.
