摘要
Companies are hoping for immense growth opportunities through digitalization, networking, and new technologies. Therefore, the degree of maturity of a company's digitization is of particular relevance to check the company's status. Within the acatech study, an index has been developed to determine the degree of maturity of manufacturing companies. However, this evaluation does not sufficiently consider the field of supply chain management. Consequently, further characteristics have to be developed in this respect to determine the degree of maturity of digitization within a supply chain. The focus is on data processing, communication, interface work and security, network collaboration and change management. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co. KG
