摘要
Since base and monitor surveys for marine time-lapse seismic are always operated at different times, tidal values recorded and acquisition datum are different. So taking tidal corrections is a necessary procedure for marine time-lapse seismic to overcome these issues. We propose in this paper an approach to tidal corrections. This approach is tested by water depth data and seismic data. And we use the normalized RMS (NRMS) difference as a quantitative QC parameter to check tidal corrections. Test results demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach. © 2016, Editorial Department OIL GEOPHYSICAL PROSPECTING. All right reserved.
