Vapor pressure of metals, alloys and compounds is one of basic parameters of state of the metallurgical systems. It is shown that the dependence of metal vapor pressure on temperature coefficient of linear expansion (TCLE) taken place over temperature range in which an importance of quantum effects is lowered. The analytic equations for row of metals (Mg, Al, Ag, Cu, Be, Ni, Ti) are obtained by processing the experimental and reference data on dependence of metal vapor pressure on TCLE.
