摘要
Based on the requirements of protecting the environment for human beings and the development of environmentally friendly materials and devices, sodium potassium niobate (K0.5Na0.5NbO3 or KNN) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics has become one of the research hot topics worldwide at present for new piezo- and ferroelectric materials because of their excellent electrical properties and higher Curie temperatures. Materials fabrication technology plays an extremely important pole in material science and technology. In this paper, the authors review the recent research progress and development of the fabrication techniques of potassium sodium niobate based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics worldwide especially in powder preparation, ceramics sintering and ceramic texture, and their future perspectives are also given out. ©, 2014, Gongneng Cailiao/Journal of Functional Materials.
