摘要
Through mini-slump cone test, the main factors influencing the compatibility between lignosulfate graft copolymer superplasticizers(LGCS) and cements were studied, including the types and the use level of admixtures(fly ash and slag), alkali content, C3A content, and cement fineness. It is found that the fluidity of cement paste with LGCS is significantly improved with the increase in the use level of admixtures, showing that the compatibility is enhanced. With the alkali content increasing, the fluidity decreases rapidly and the compatibility shows a trend of deterioration, particularly by the addition of lignosulfate graft aliphatic superplasticizer(LGAS). The growth of C3A content makes the fluidity gradually reduce and the loss of fluidity accelerates. The fluidity descends when the cement is ground fine, and the initial fluidity of the paste with LGAS becomes much lower and the fluidity of the paste with lignosulfate graft polycarboxylate superplasticizer(LGPS) decreases much faster.
