摘要
In order to study effect of EGR on NOx emissions in diesel engine with different intake charge components, a simulation model was built up based on GT-Power software and verified by experimental data.Using the model, the intake charge states in different EGR rates were analyzed, further to find NOx emissions varying trend with intake flow variation with taking intake O2 mass fraction and EGR rate as the control objectives respectively. Simulation results show that while the intake flow constant NOx emissions are mainly influenced by O2 mass fraction, dilution effect is far more than thermodynamics and chemical effects. Under transient conditions, owing to selection of EGR rate as the control parameter is limited, the intake O2 mass fraction has closer correlation with NOx emissions, it is more suitable to be selected as control parameter reflecting NOx emission formation. ©, 2015, Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines.
