Design and preparation of moisture transferring/quick drying/antibacterial multifunctional finishing agent and its application in fabrics finishing

Moisture transferring/quick drying/antibacterial multifunctional finishing agent (WP/UFAP) was developed through molecular design. Meanwhile, the characteristics of UFAP surface modified by KH-570 and the security of WP/UFAP composites were investigated. Furthermore, the WP/UFAP composites were applied in producing moisture transferring/quick drying/antibacterial multifunctional fabrics by means of one bath finishing. The produced fabrics exhibit excellent composite functions. The moisture transferring/quick drying performance is a very good classification according to the FTTS-FA-004 standard; the antibacterial performance belongs to Grade AAA in the light of FZ/T 73023-2006 standard. Therefore, the excellent application effect indicates that the structure design of WP/UFAP is reasonable and can realize synergistic effect.
