摘要
The effect of metal (II) ion nature on formation and stability of triple complexes of double-chain RNA with monobilayer vesicles was investigated. It is shown that only 'physiological' cations (II) (Ca, Mg, Mn) form stable triple complexes with membranes and RNA, the rate of the first (fast) complex formation stage being strongly dependent on the ion nature, while the rate of the second (slow) stage - virtually independent. Ability of metal (II) ions to form triple complexes with nucleic acids and phospholipid membranes (parameter α) is found to decrease symbately with increasing of metal number in Mendeleev Table and ionic radius as well as with ox-red potential decreasing.
