At the presented paper, the investigation of temperature dependences of the partial pressures of the gas phase components of Al-N system was carried out using the thermodynamic modeling method and TERRA software. The temperature dependence of logarithm of the partial pressure of the gas phase components were constructed. It was shown that with temperature increase the partial pressures of all components increases and can be described by linear dependencies. © 2018 Rossiiskaya Akademiya Obrazovaniya.
