摘要
Some criteria of metal ductile fracture are introduced, including empirical criteria derived from experiments and criteria based on continuum damage mechanics. In the finite element simulation for large deformation, crack generation and propagation can be modeled by element deletion, element split and element separation. Applyling some criteria and the element deletion method, the fracture, which occurred in sheet blanking, orthogonal metal cutting and cold forward extrusion processing, was simulated.
