摘要
The theoretical and experimental considerations leading to high-resolution NMR of protons and other relatively high-γ nuclei (e.g., 19F) are treated. Coherent averaging of internal interactions, specifically homogeneous dipolar coupling via excitations by radiofrequency pulses, and shielding anisotropy by sample spinning are described. The requirements of spectrometer probes and receivers are discussed. Tuning of the spectrometer to minimize transients due to time-dependent excitations and determination of scaling factors under various pulse sequences are treated. Experimental results under CRAMPS and under Variable Cycle Time Cramps (VCT CRAMPS) are presented. Recent developments including homonuclear decoupling by continuous phase modulation (DUMBO and SAM n ) are presented. © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
