摘要：
It is found that the estimation problem of a matrix consisting of signals vectors can not be solved in the correlation theory frames. It is shown that the criterion of in-pairs independence of the output signals can be used as an estimation criterion. A simple technique is suggested for joint diagonalization of three and more matrices that differs from the known one by less computation complexity.
