摘要
In this work, PA66-functionalized carbon nanotubes (NF-CNTs) were prepared by in situ polymerization. PA66/NF-CNT composites were obtained by mixing NF-CNTs and PA66. The thermal stability and electrical properties of PA66/NF-CNT composites and PA66/CNT composites were compared. Results show that, the dispersion of NF-CNTs in PA66 matrix is better than that of CNT, the volume resistivity of the PA66/NF-CNT composites is lower compared with PA66/CNTs composites, the percolation threshold is about 4% for PA66/CNT composites and 3% for PA66/NF-CNT composites, the thermal degradation of PA66/NF-CNT composites with 2% of NF-CNTs starts around 390℃, which is 38℃ and 13℃ higher than that of pure PA66 and PA66/CNT composites with 2% of unfunctionalized CNTs. © 2016, Editorial Department of Transaction of Beijing Institute of Technology.
