The occupational health service of the CEA/CADARACHE is a medical unit attached to the company and is assigned to the monitoring of internal exposure of the whole staff at the plant. In our specific practice of the radiological risk survey, the management of actinide exposures which concerns about 600 workers is predominant. We present herein the protocols for the monitoring of internal exposure incidents that we elaborated and set up in 1996, and our experience on 1 500 events managed up to the end of 2002. © EDP Sciences, 2004.
