Aimed at comprehensive evaluation problem of rural road development, the influencing factors of rural road was analyzed, and then the evaluation indicator system including 11 indicators, such as urbanization rate, per capita GDP etc. was constructed. Based on fuzzy definition, the comprehensive evaluation model for rural road was constructed, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate evaluation result. When the model was applied to a city in Qinghai Province, comprehensive evaluation value of the city was 72.46, which was in middling state. The application results show that the model can make comprehensive evaluation on rural road, so it will be with a broad application prospects in multi-index evaluation.
