摘要
Geological Parks have dual attributes of protecting geological relics and developing tourism. But because of the special geographical environment in Xinjiang, the development of Geological Parks has a strong dependence on the surrounding environments. Based on the panel data of Xinjiang level Ascenic area and Geological Parks from 2005 to 2016. With the increase of the quantity, it presents a certain distribution structure and evolution rule in space. The geostatistical analysis method and GIS spatial analysis tool were used to analyze the spatial evolution characteristics of level A scenic area and Geological Parks. The research findings are as follows: (1) in the time dimension, the development of Xinjiang level A scenic spots can be roughly divided into three stages: slow growth period (2005-2008), steady growth period (2009-2014), and fast growth period (2015-2016). Geological Parks have also roughly experienced three stages: stagnation period (2005-2008), slow growth period (2009-2014), rapid growth period (2012-2016). Although they have different internal development structures, the time nodes are roughly the same and both are obvious in the north and South of Xinjiang. (2) in the spatial dimension, level A scenic spots showed in an aggregated distribution. The development of the scenic spots moved from the single center of the northern to the East and the southwest in Xinjiang. Meanwhile, Geological Parks are gradually distributed randomly in a gathering area of a class a scenic spot. It is roughly synchronized with the changing trend of a scenic spot in space. © 2018 Indian Pulp and Paper Technical Association. All Rights Reserved.
