摘要:
A red fluorescent protein (DsRed) cloned from coral was studied and was compared with green fluorescent protein (GFP). DsRed was used in transgenic mice to examine the cells in vivo with multiphoton microscopy. It was found that for some applications red fluorescence protein was better than GFP.
