The blocked isocyanates-acrylate monomer was prepared from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) and methyl ethyl ketoxime(MEKO). The experiment process was monitored by chemical titration method and real-time FT-IR. The structure of monomer was characterized by IR and 13C-NMR spectrum. The adhesive was prepared by copolymerized the blocked isocyanates-acrylate monomer with glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) and hexafluoro-butyl acrylate. Different temperature IR determines that the deblocking temperature is 140°C. DSC curves and electronic tension test show that the adhesive curing process is 120°C/2 h→140°C/2 h. The results show that when the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is treated, the bonding strength reaches the maximum valve of 3.83 MPa.
