摘要：

The most common and risky mistakes done while choosing a warehouse management system (WMS) were discussed. Steps to avoid included thoroughly documenting the way operations run and returns handling. Minimizing the down payment was considered best in case of back out of the deal later. Justifying the cost of WMS was based on streamlining current ways of handling inventory with new, best-practice methods.
