A type of algorithm fit for the project implementation of 61 channels signals' digital-up-converter process (medium frequency) was proposed in the paper, based on character of the input signal of multi-beam phased array antenna. The algorithm aimed at saving multiplier resource and reducing calculation by means of polyphase filter, distributed arithmetic and multiplex process. A composite filter composed of pre-emphasis and mixer filter was designed to achieve the goal of consistent RF channel's amplitude to frequency response. The fixed-point algorithm was simulated via MATLAB and implemented on the hardware platform at the speed of 160MSPS. The technique of enhanced feedback PLL and logic lock was adopted to realize the minimum of clock skew and coherence of 61 channels' delay, which can improve the performance of beam foaming. The algorithm and hardware technique can be applied on the occasion of large scale array signal process with limited resource.
