摘要：
The main attention was paid to the development of instrumental analytical devices based on a biosensoric technology. The biosensors intended to determination of total toxicity, genotoxicity and individual toxic agents (surfactants, phenols, formaldehyde, cyanides, and volatile hydrocarbons) are discussed in detail.
