摘要
A distributed amplifier for a LiNbO3 modulator driver that uses double-doped AlGaAs/InGaAs/AlGaAs pseudomorphic HEMTs is presented. This amplifier is an excellent candidate for the LiNbO3 modulator-driver circuit in 40 Gbps fiber-optic communication systems.
