The photogrammetric approach collected and integrated data with significant time and cost savings over conventional surveying. The Maryland State Highway Administration needed design accuracy mapping and digital color orthophotos upgrades on 7.4 miles of congested roadway. Detailed as-builts and cross sections were needed for an intricate culvert drainage system.
