摘要
To make the sheet metal part with incision to be fabricated by integrated process of 5-axis CNC incremental forming and 5-axis laser cutting, a tool path generation algorithm for integrated process of 5-axis CNC incremental forming and 5-axis laser cutting was proposed based on Parasolid modeling kernel. The algorithm for incision feature recognition, extraction, filling up and surface reconstruction was given. Based on researching the algorithm of curve discrete and surface offsetting, a calculation method for forming tool location points, laser beam location points, pressing tool posture and laser beam posture was proposed by considering technological characteristics of 5-axis CNC incremental forming and 5-axis laser cutting. The algorithm was implemented by using Parasolid modeling kernel and OpenGL. The case study showed that the software system developed by using above algorithm could well realize the above functions and runs stably and reliably. © 2016, Editorial Department of CIMS.
