摘要
The porous regenerated cellulose (RC) materials were fabricated via simple and environmentally friendly NaOH/urea/H2O solvent to dissolve cellulose followed by regeneration and freeze-dry. And the porous regenerated cellulose/poly(lactic acid) (RC/PLA) composites were obtained by immersing porous RC materials in impregnation solution of PLA. Similar to porous RC materials, porous RC/PLA composites have the same properties with open porous structure, ultra-light and high porosity. And the compressive strength and elastic modulus of porous RC/PLA composites are 369.8% and 633.6% higher than those of porous RC materials, respectively, due to the morphology of porous structure transition from 3D fibrillar network to close-grained sheet network and the defective porous structure is repaired with the PLA loading. © 2017, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
