摘要
Krauss Maffei Wegmann (KMW) has taken legal action with the aim of ending its consortium arrangement with Netherlands based SP Aerospace & Vehicle Systems for the German-Netherlands series production of 612 Fennek light armoured reconnaissance vehicles. The Netherlands Ministry of defense (MoD) has also decided to end its relationship with SP and newly established RDM Technology & Defense Systems. The reason being that the financial position of 160-strong SP and RDM, both owned by Dutch entrepreneur Joep van den Nieuwenhuizen, can no longer be guaranteed. Following the collapse and subsequent bankruptcy of RDM Technology and three other RDM owned companies, Joep van den Nieuwenhuizen tried to transfer the interests of RDM to SP.
