摘要
With the accelerated construction of new power systems, the penetration rate of new energy sources, such as wind power, has been increasing yearly in China, bringing new opportunities and challenges to system restoration and control. The power support provided by wind power can accelerate the system restoration process. However, under fault disturbance, wind turbines may be disconnected in large numbers and even cause the system to collapse again. In response to the above issues, this article proposes an optimization method for restoration decision-making of wind power systems that considers the impact of short-circuit faults. First, the impact of short-circuit faults on the rapid and safe restoration of power systems is analyzed, and the necessity of considering the impact of short-circuit faults in system restoration is discussed. Secondly, considering the effects before and after the removal of short-circuit faults, a loss of load risk model under short-circuit faults is proposed. Then, considering the restoration characteristics of wind power and conventional units, constraints are established for unit startup, network connection, and operation. Furthermore, a mixed-integer linear programming model is constructed to optimize the restoration decision-making process, integrating power flow and network reconfiguration constraints. Finally, combined with the rolling optimization strategy, the system restoration mode is dynamically switched to achieve the efficient solution of the model. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by IEEE-39 and IEEE-118 systems. ©2023 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng.
