摘要
An acoustic insulation structure where a micro perforated plate was inserted into a double-layer plate was proposed. The micro perforated plate was parallel to the double-layer plate, and the cavity between the double plates was divided into two. A fully-coupled numerical model was established for the structure. Micro-perforated plates and double-layer plates were considered to be finite extended. Considering the boundary conditions, the acoustic transmission loss of the structure was calculated. For the established fully-coupled numerical model, the model was validated by experimental methods, and result indicates that a reasonably good agreement between theory and measurement can be achieved. Numerical calculations of the position of the micro perforated plate, the perforation ratio, the plate thickness, and the hole diameter were performed. Results show that compared with the traditional double-layer plate or the three-layer plate structure without micro-perforation plate, the sound transmission loss of the double-layer plate structure with the micro-perforated plate is improved. With proper parameter settings, the structure can also achieve better sound insulation effect at low frequency. © 2018, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
