摘要
Biomass carbonized forming fuel(BCFF) was prepared by using cotton stalk and sawdust as the raw material, mixing adhesive and ignition agent, which was applied mainly to barbecue and catering. The effect of the ratio of adhesive/carbon, ignition agent dosage on combustion characteristics of BCFF was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis instrument. The results show that with the increase of half coke/adhesive ratio and ignition agent dosage, the ignition and burn out temperature as well as temperature corresponded by maximum rate of BCFF decrease firstly, then increase, maximum combustion rate, average combustion rate and the judgement index of combustion stability Rw and integrated combustion index S increase firstly, then decrease; therefore the best quantity ratio of half coke/adhesive is 10:7, the best quantity ratio of added ignition agent/half coke is 5%. At last, the dynamic analysis was carried out; the obtained activation energy change is consistent with combustion characteristics. © 2017, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
