Approach on control of the lead-acid rechargeable battery in PV systems

摘要
Two control methods of the charge and discharge of the lead-acid rechargeable battery in PV systems were introduced. Firstly on-line detecting method normally used was briefly introduced. A novel control method off-line detecting method was presented. Finally the advantages and disadvantages of both methods were compared, the results showed that the new method is feasible and superior, and the lifetime of the battery could be improved.
