摘要
A new hysteretic nonlinear constitutive model of Ni-Mn-Ga magnetic shape memory alloy is developed in this paper. Nonlinear differential terms are introduced to explain the hysteretic characteristics of Ni-Mn-Ga MSMA material, and the partial least-square regression method is applied to obtain the relationship among the strain, stress and magnetic field intensity. The results of principal component analysis show that all the terms in the constitutive model are significant, and the results of forecast test show that the new constitutive model can describe the hysteretic characteristics of Ni-Mn-Ga MSMA material with different magnetic field intensity accurately. The new constitutive model has concise form, and is easy to be applied in engineering, which is helpful for the dynamic analysis of MSMA structure.
