Recently, Millimeter-wave band is becoming more important in next-generation wireless application, such as automotive radar, IEEE802.11ad, mobile backhaul (5G wireless system). This report shows the advantage of preselected millimeter-wavespectrum analyzer through the measurement results. Moreover, we measured a 120 GHz QPSK modulation wave to demonstrate the effectiveness of this system with pre-selector. © 2015 The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
