摘要：
this paper introduces the characteristics and functions of the MATLAB toolbox and explores its application in the areas of hydrology and water resources. Meanwhile some key technical problems are also analyzed and discussed. The author thinks that the MATLAB toolbox has good prospects in the areas of hydrology and water resources and is worth to popularize.
