The running of a fish market by Ran and Nancy Sveden on Cape Cod is discussed. The seafood of Ron and Nancy is the gourmet-quality smoked seafood from the Cape's oldest smoke house. Ron and Nancy brined and cured the fishes with their own secret mix of herbs and spices and smoked to mouth-watering perfection over specially selected wood in a smoker. The market prospered for 44 years and gained many loyal customers among vacationers who'd buy in the store and later by mail after returning home.
