The general market conditions in UK for showing a poor period of demand was reported. The market for graphic papers, fine papers and publication papers although showed some signs of improvement but the sources revealed a slow-down in the market economy. Pagination within magazines and newspapers fell sharply consequently the sales were also affected. The sources revealed that further improvement in the economy and return to higher confidence levels were expected in respect of publication papers.
