摘要
The inspection method of unknown parameter bevel gear tooth surface based on 3906 gear measurement center is studied. The grids of tooth surface is measured using measurement software. Taking reference tooth surface by measuring as the goal, tooth surface reverse is done by using the method of numerical approximation. In which, the forming cutter and machine settings of bevel gear tooth surface could be calculated. A new TCA method of unknown parameters bevel gear is proposed based on smooth reversed tooth surface. At last, a calculated example is given.
