As an important hub of the national logistics transportation system, railway logistics park has an important impact on improving the efficiency of cargo transportation. In order to meet the development requirements of transformation and upgrading of green low-carbon logistics park, aiming at the problems existing in the layout of Changsha Railway Logistics Park, the grey prediction model was used to predict the logistics volume of the park and calculate the scale of each functional area of the park. The SLP method was used to analyze the comprehensive relationship of each functional area, and the functional area layout was obtained through the Tompkins relationship table to optimize the layout of the railway logistics park. Combined with the landscape design idea of the ternary theory of landscape appearance aesthetics, ecological nature and human behavior and landscape, the soft landscape of the parking area and administrative area of the park was designed, including the greening of the truck parking area, the greening layout of the ecological parking lot and the administrative area square and footpath, the rational selection of tree species, and the functions of ecology and viewing. Play the effect of low-carbon environmental protection and serve people. Flexsim simulation software was used to analyze the planning scheme and verify the effectiveness of the layout, so as to achieve the purpose of rationalization of layout, humanization of landscape and efficient operation. Based on the future development trend and requirements of the railway logistics park, the optimized layout can better serve the daily operation of the park, bring good experience and impression to visitors and settled enterprises, and further improve the overall image of the park. The results show that under the same freight volume, after optimization, the utilization rate of storage area and operation area is improved. The idle time of loading and unloading operation is reduced. The idle time of equipment is reduced. The energy consumption in the park is reduced. The congestion rate is significantly reduced. The freight turnover efficiency is improved, and the brand image of the park is shaped. © 2022, Central South University Press. All rights reserved.
