摘要
In order to improve the cutting-resistance, anti-collapse, wear-resistance and other properties of engineering machinery retreaded tire tread, the applications of short carbon fiber material and engineering machinery retreaded tire tread rubber material were combined to design a bonding system for short carbon fiber reinforcement and tread rubber matrix, and to design the formulation and blending process for short carbon fiber reinforced tread rubber according to the compound reinforcement theory. Short carbon fibers of different lengths and different mass fraction were added in retreaded tire tread rubber, and the reinforced tread rubber was tested in the aspects of tensile strength, tear strength, elastic modulus, breaking elongation, hardness, akron abrasion and other performances. The reinforced tread rubber was also compared with common tread rubber without short carbon fiber in performance. The results show that the reinforcement effect on tread rubber is best when the carbon fiber length is about 6 mm and mass fraction is about 7%. The cutting-resistance, anti-collapse, wear-resistance of short carbon fiber reinforced and engineering machinery retreaded tire tread are greatly improved compared with commonly retreaded tires, and the service life of engineering machinery retreaded tire has been further improved. ©, 2014, Xi'an Highway University.
